Belle Starr is making an entrance again on Dec 3rd 2011. Response for last year’s batch was amazing. If you are hiding away a bottle from last year you can compare the 2011 and 2010.

The dock party is set for 12 PM at The Hideout (yes that means the brewery for the new Outlaws).

Be wary of Starr’s smile, there is something sinister behind her innocent look. Belle Starr is a Belgian-style Dubbel brewed with a rare Belgian yeast strain, caramelized beet sugar and festive holiday spices. Expect hints of dark fruit, sweet cinnamon-apple and a warming finish. ABV is 7.7%

Deadeye Jack is Back

Deadeye Jack took home a silver medal at GABF 2011. Jack is now available at your local restaurant. Deadeye Jack was the second beer brewed at Lonerider right after Shotgun Betty and has taken home several awards including Gold Medals at US Open Beer Championship.

A wandering Lonerider, never staying in one place too long. Deadeye Jack represents our seasonal porter consisting of a strong malty background with hints of roasted chocolate, subtle sweetness and low hop bitterness. 6.0% ABV.

Aficionados of LoneRider web will notice the change immediately to our web site. Why? you ask.

Our earlier website was devoid of some functionality and getting outdated. The functionality was hampering quick updates with news and information to all. Hence, we have this current temporary solution as LoneRider Evil Geniuses are working hard on a new look and feel. Until then we hope this change will serve your needs and ours.

SAVOR 2011

LoneRider is participating in SAVOR 2011. Each year SAVOR selects few breweries from every state to be represented at national museum building in Washington, DC. The beers are paired with food and chefs create offerings specifically crafted towards the beers.

From North Carolina two breweries are representing the state; Big Boss and LoneRider. We are looking forward to representing the craft beer movement in North Carolina amongst well established players such as Dogfish Head, Sierra Nevada, Allagash, and others.
