High noon will have to take a backseat as the fresh morning air is perfect for a duel. We present our stout brewed with roasted malts, oats, lactose, and locally produced chocolate and coffee. A rich, dark velvety beer with a fine oatmeal flavor. 9% ABV

Hide if you can, you can’t escape the Hangman. He represents our American Barley Wine Ale brewed with over twice the malt, hops and yeast of an average ale. Concentrating these ingredients causes the aroma and flavor to equal more than the sum of its parts. 11% ABV

The inky night considers Cowboy in Black its friend. He is also our interpretation of the cult followed Black IPA style. A precarious balance of bitter hops and roasted malts allows you to taste beer’s most aggressive characters all in one very well balanced and tasty brew! 7.5% ABV

The “Magnificent 77″ is an IPA crafted with 77 hop varieties to create a one of a kind hop character. Coming in at 7.7% ABV with 77 IBU’s, it’s a drinkable and flavorful IPA.

Tres Vaqueros is our Belgian Style Tripel. Made with German and Belgian malts, this high ABV, low hopped ale is oak aged to give it even more complexity.
